WHAT IS A DAILY RATE?

Our daily rate is based on a consecutive 24 hour rental period. For example if you pick up at noon on Monday it is due back at noon on Tuesday for the “day” rate.

WHAT IF MY DUE BACK TIME FALLS OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS?

If you rent an item and the due back time is outside of business hours you have a decision to make. You can either keep the item and pay for the extra time the item is in your possession or you can return it before we close.

If neither of those options work for you, you may want to change the day or pickup time to work in your best interest.

Please remember, we rent for time out, it does not make any difference if you used it or not.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM RATE?

All items will have a minimum rate . This is the minimum hours you may rent the equipment for. For most equipment the minimum is 4 hours. Please check the item info and pricing for specific rental information.

WHAT IF I NEED IT FOR OVER THE MINIMUM TIME BUT NOT FOR A WHOLE DAY?

We will always pro-rate your rental to give you the most accurate and fair pricing. Once you exceed the minimum rate, you will then be charged the hourly rate until you meet the daily rate.

Most items will meet the daily rate at 6 hours, please check the item info and pricing for specific rental information.
